Pakistan can get the tag of tourist place for such heavenly untapped beauty of the world’s most challenging and exciting treks for the adventure seekers.

Shimshal valley has a lot of gigantic glaciers, numerous snow- blanketed peaks, beautiful passes, fairy meadows, streams, crystal lush green and wild flower grazing lands. The traditional migration of sheep, goats, and yaks provides some of Gojal’s most exquisite trekking. Mingling Sar (6050m) is located deep in the Shimshal valley in upper Hunza neighboring the Chinese southernmost mountain range Kun Lun. Shimshal Lake sits at the base of the mountain near the Shimshal Pass (4735).

Shimshal, Braldu Pass (Lukpe La) and snow lake trek is creating a spectacular white highway across the heart of Karakorum, at an altitude of 5000 meters, with a surface of ten by five kilometers, surrounded by the imposing granite towers.

The mighty Braldu valley leads up through amazing pinnacle of rocks, and glaciers. From the top of Braldu Pass (Lukpe la) 5,700 meters is the transition into the gigantic glacial basin of Snow Lake, bordered by Skim la and Skam la, surrounded by the majestic, stupendous peaks above 7,000 meters. In good weather you will have a spectacular view of the highest mountains of Baltoro and K2. There is vast massive lining the basin edge with majestic peaks, such as Ogre or Biantha (7,285 m) Latok (7,151 m) group of mountains and many unclimbed peaks are memorable and spectacular.

Itinerary: Day 01: Arrival in Islamabad – Welcome to Pakistan

Day 02: Drive to Chilas via Karakoram Highway

Early morning departure for Chilas along the legendary Karakoram Highway. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Indus River and surrounding mountains, passing through towns like Mansehra and Besham.

Day 03: Drive to Hunza – Explore Karimabad

Day 05: Trek to Past Furzin (3,517m)
