The tour cost is strictly based on the provided itinerary and the total number of hotels and camp nights specified. Any changes to the itinerary or accommodations may affect the total cost.

The quoted tour cost is per person and assumes sharing a double room and a two-person tent. Single rooms or tents can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

If the trip is cancelled after it has started due to reasons such as bad weather, road blockages, flight delays or cancellations, vehicle breakdowns, sickness, government restrictions, unforeseen circumstances, or other contingencies beyond Passu Adventures SMC Pvt. Ltd. control, the actual expenses incurred will be charged. Additionally, a service fee to cover administrative costs will be applied. These expenses will be computed by Passu Adventures SMC Pvt. Ltd.

We are not responsible for any accident, injury, damages, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour, including but not limited to issues related to international flight cancellations or delays.

  • While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot accept responsibility for any changes, deviations, or cancellations due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political situations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the tour without prior notice if deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of the clients. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as possible, and while we will attempt to find suitable alternatives, we will not be liable for any additional costs or inconveniences resulting from these changes.
  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour. We do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Clients are advised to consult with their healthcare provider prior to travel and ensure they are in good health for the trip. We are not liable for any health issues or emergencies that arise during the tour.
